I had read prior reviews, so I have been careful with mine. I haven't had any problem with the zippers. If you don't leave this laying flat, the inserts will shift, but works well for sliding in and out under the bed.

buy two! the storage compartments are adjustable so you can use for all types of shoes! I was afraid it would not be very durable, from what I can see after two months it will hold up fine for years of service. Plus it keeps your shoes dust free unlike the back of the door models!

Store out of season shoes, however could only fit 11 pair of shoes because of the heels had to make fit. But it works. Anticipating on buying another one but after reading the reviews, I'll wait to see if they redo the design of the inside. Of course it will probably cost a little more!

I am not pleased with this product at all! It's basically constructed of a cheap plastic cover and cardboard inserts. The plastic was torn at the zipper and the inserts didn't fit well in the square.

Difficult to find underbed storage units that are this height. Anything more than this height is too high for under my bed and I am not interested in the risers that are offered to increase your bed's height.

If this product was made less flimsy and out of heavier plastic it would be great. Mine tore on the first day when I lifted it to move under the bed and the cardboard is thin and FLOPPY so it moved out of position and all the shoes moved around and I had to REDO the setup....BAD

Very poorly made. Purchased two, plastic ripped on one after I got it zipped. Not big enough for shoes with modest heels. Would cost to much to return, I'm stuck with it. Should have read reviews before purchase.

I was disappointed because the dividers were ordinary cardboard. I thought it would be plastic coated cardboard or heavy duty card board.

I was not happy with the cardboard bottom and dividers. They should have been covered with the canvas to make it a little more sturdy and attractive.

I like the concept, but when I got the order I was pretty disappointed. It definately photographs better then it really looks. Once I put it together, it looked kind of cheap. I guess if you are just storing shoes under the bed, you don't need much.

Cheap plastic and cardboard. I had one year and it is ripped apart from pulling it out from under the bed. Good concept if it could be made of something more sturdy. They should stop selling it as it is now.

I love this item. I live in an apartment so storage space is at a minimum. This is a great product. you can store things in a small space and still be organized.

Very disappointed with this product. The zipper should be stronger and not a regular light weight zipper. The first day I had this the zipper broke finally got it back on track. Plastic and canvas are not durable. Space provided is not enough for a pair shoes that aren't flat sandals.

will not hold a size 13 shoe but will hold a size 7 which was not indicated when ordering item.

I am very happy with this product. I have four of them under my bed and use them frequently. If assembled properly and handled carefully, this item will last. I can finally see all my shoes and they are dust-free when I open the organizer.

This product was I guess exactly what you wouls expect for your money. It would not fit two pairs of my husbands shoes in it like the photo, but I put them side by side and that worked just fine the zipper is a little annoying and it is not very roomy. it was a little too much trouble to buy it again

easy to put together but the top cover is a little flimsy. The corners of the cardboard dividers sticks up a little bit and can poke through the plastics. It's nice that the top is clear so you can see what shoes you have.

I bought this item as a gift for my mother-in-law who had wanted one for some time. I was suprised by the quality of the item (flimsy cardboard inserts and loose threads everywhere). It was quite cheap and wasn't worth the price at all (even at half the price, if I had seen it in a store, I would have walked away). I was really quite surprised because I have come to expect better from Lillian Vernon. I did not get the best value for this product. I was hoping for better.
