The end that "holds" the towels on should be larger so when you tear the sheet the roll doesn't come off. You either have to tear the sheet in one direction or use it vertically which isn't attractive. The fact that it gets the towels out of the counter space is a very big plus but the design needs to change. I had one before that was wonderful. If you would like I can sketch it for you.

This is a neat idea, but quality control is of issue. The item I received had the magnets mounted too deeply in the decorative metal cups and the sharp edges of the metal cups scratched the surface of my refrigerator when I was positioning it.

Had hope for this space saver but it only lasted a month and it fell apart. I will be more cautious next time on where it's made. Pretty dissapointed and hope I can get a refund so I'm not out the [$]...

The magnets on this paper towel holder leave small black marks on my off-white refrigerator. Also, when in the horizontal position it pops off when I try to pull off a paper towel. It seems to work best in the vertical position. In my opinion, it's only worth about $4[$]

Magnets do not hold as firm as I thought they would. Everytime I rip a sheet off the whole unit comes off the fridge. I eventually stopped using it from fear of it coming down on the children.
